With a proven track record in Web Design, E-Commerce Support, Branding, Social Media Strategy, Retail Operations, and Marketing, we’ve helped businesses of all sizes build stronger online and offline presence.

2013

Beginning in Retail at Juicy Couture, I learned firsthand that understanding the sales floor is one of the most critical pieces in running a successful business. I then moved into Operations at Ted Baker, where I refined my expertise in managing shop-in-shops (lease departments) and operational efficiency.

Stepping into Luxury

Agent Provocateur / Chrome Hearts California

From there, I advanced to Agent Provocateur, where I deepened my understanding of the luxury market, before landing at Chrome Hearts Los Angeles & Malibu. This role eventually took me into corporate, where I served as the liaison between retail stores and corporate teams for both Chrome Hearts and Maxfield.

Entering Digital

In 2020, I launched MaxfieldLA.com, moving fully into the digital space and taking on leadership of Marketing and E-Commerce. For those unfamiliar, Maxfield is a privately owned company established in 1969, carrying over 200 brands and hosting highly curated pop-ups, digital rollouts, activations, and collaborations.

Over my seven years with Maxfield, I created streamlined processes to execute complex campaigns, connect brand vision with customer experience, and bring high-end retail into the modern digital landscape.
